VT Locked with no battery problem
Hi,
Hoping to find out how to unlock a VT SS Commodore that has been deadlocked before the battery is removed (eg. button on key pushed twice, and car is deadlocked. Key will no longer work in door and as reciever unit of central locking no longer has power, the button won't work either). In other words, we've locked the car, removed the battery, and slammed the bonnet. Then I turned to my mate and said "HELLO DICKHEAD". Anyone who could give us some advice for this rather unusual problem would be grateful. |

Re: VT Locked with no battery problem
Call Holden Dealer. I believe there is a way around it but advertising it on the internet could make it easy for potential thieves to steal cars.

Re: VT Locked with no battery problem
Good point.
Looks like we will have to contact a dealer. Thanks for the reply. Cheers Scott |
