engine swaps
if any one knows how to take my 01 eclipse's 4cyl & 5 speed and swap it with an 89 maxima v6 and racing trany tell me. or is it even worth it? how much hp differs from the 4banger and the v6. the maxima (the whole car) is going for about $500 because this retard needs the money. so if i can get it done i think it would be sweet. Also i heard instead of mounting the engine u could get it welded in. hope to get some response

Oh my...
 You seriously don't know anything about cars do you? Those are two completely different motors by two completely different companies from two completely different cars... Nothing will match up whatsoever... What the heck is the matter with your 4 cylinder? It probably has more power than that crappy old v6 anyways...

Maybe you gotta make the READ THIS FIRST wording in large bright lettering.
Be happy you have a 4banger thats standard. Much easier to mod/ cheeper to.

why the hell a Maxima V6 anyhow?
IMHO nissan V6's (other than the new VQ's) suck balls. That motor wasnt even turboed. A less retarded question would be asking if you couls swap for a VR4 motor. The answer is no. Same goes for the old 4G64T's due to the fact that the motor sits the opisite way in those cars. Do yourself a favor and read ALL the stickys at the top before you ask another F&F kind of question.
