Also look at Infinity Basslink/Basslink II if you don't like the LAT price tag.

Re: Ford Ranger and Bazooka
some guy from the block has a 10 inch bazooka in a silverado with a little fosgate amp (lol it's tiny) and it sounds pretty good to be a tube, it's not real loud, but it's loud enough for you to enjoy your music and have a little boom ......just dont get anything smaller than 10" because it will sound like booty

Re: Ford Ranger and Bazooka
yeah, it should sound pretty good and somewhat loud because you would have it in the cab....right? A 200watt amp should do it if it has a good rms....the amp this guy has is a little old tiny Rockford Fosgate amp....I think it's like 125 watts @ 2 channels but he has it bridged and the 125 watts are rms watts

Re: Ford Ranger and Bazooka
It will be better than factory. Then again, a sub made by Dual would be better than factory. I still say get a basslink or basslink II.

Re: Ford Ranger and Bazooka
The basslink puts out a surprising amount of bass, 10" sub with a passive radiator. Im trying to get one to put in my mom's car, and i think its louder than most bazooka tubes.

An example of this is Mitsubishi reliability, just because they are Japanese doesn't mean that they are as reliable as a Honda or Toyota. Cardomain |

Re: Ford Ranger and Bazooka
well i got a 10" bazooka in a truck box completely sealed, with a 400 watt rocker amp(turned down)and it sounds great, i got it turned towards my seat and it shakes my dash and i can feel it in my body, and the sound is still very crisp...soooo listen to who you want to but my uncle has 2 12" digital audios(400 rms)with a 2 channell 800 watt amp and i beat him to near silence.
