89 Suburban - Redoing Seals

Getting some blue smoke on startup - so redoing me seals on my 350 - TBI engine.

Got a kit for each valve - O-Rings and Seals included in kit for each.

The exhaust valves don't seem to have a seal - just intake. Both have O-rings. Can I put in the seals from the kit anyways?

note: done 1,3,5 so far - o-rings are hard but seals seem good.
