Trailblazer catylitic converter failure

My 03 Trailblazer LT 4wd clogged the cat at 60,500 miles . Dealer replaced and updated computer program after install because of code saying car running rich. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks Jim

Jim,

Hasn't happened to me, but just FYI -- Federal US Emissions laws state that the cats are warranteed for 8 yrs/80k miles, so hopefully it was replaced for you at no cost.

Just a FYI for anyone else who had a cat clog up...
