95 t bird limiter
trying to get rid of my limiter( cant go over100) car also shifts at 4500 rpm's. would chipping it take care of that??? if so any suggestions on which one?

yep a chip will cure your limiter but the limiter is there for a reason, the stock torque converter and driveshaft aren't ment to handle that high of speeds along with the underrated tires
you can use a mark 8 t/c and driveshaft which are built alot better
