found out codes, now what are they?

I get a Throttle Position Sensor Circuit ( Signal Voltage High ) and quad driver fault, what causes the Voltage high and what is the quad-driver ??? the codes where 21 and 26

codes u would need a book for. quad drivers are in computer. i believe they are for egr valve.check your fuses
