Rpm loss at certain rpm

Hello out there I have a 1994 pontiac bonneville and while Im driving at certain rpms I see that it goes down slightly on the tachometer, as though Im lossing power very slightly. It makes it seem as though the transmission is slipping but i dont think that it is. Any answers would be great. Thank you for reading my question!
