AC stopped working

Hey all,

The AC seemed to have stopped working. The low side reads at the very bottom of filled and not sure how to get a reading from the high side. Do i need a special gauge for that? The pipes going in and out of the condensor (i think) are both warm and do not cool. Tried to refill once but it wouldn't suck any of it in. Any ideas? Thanks
