F350 Aircraft Tug
This is one for the old military vets.
I have a 1981 F350 dually aircraft tug. I need to remove either the speed governor or find out how they locked out the transmission from shifting past 35mph. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm not a old vet. But I know transmissions
 Lets see, C6 transmission. Does it shift 1-2-3? Or you saying it maybe stays locked in low range? I'm sure it wouldn't be a engine power mod, maybe. Stator locked in torque converter? Hrmmm....Got a couple more clues?
