Re: Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Monza W.I.P.
There has not been a word invented yet to describe just how real this build looks!
It's a little bit stupefying, actually - I have to remind myself that this is a model and not a bunch of reference shots on a classic car dealers web page. Phenomenal skill.

Re: Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Monza W.I.P.
Great build. Do you know Paul Koo? He made a DVD, with loads of info on getting the Pocher Alfo together, with a lot of guide-troughs on how to put things together without having to dismantle everything over and over again.
I really like the appearance of the shining red, with the used, but well maintained engine compartment. To all, please do keep in mind that this is 1965-1970's Italian engineering, with outsourced, living room operated construction of the parts. At this point the only adjustment I see probably needs to be made, is the location of the front fenders. I think they should be placed turned more backwards, covering the rear part of the wheel more. Can you imagine my father built this model in the 80's, then gave it away? As a matter of fact, the Alfa he gave away made me search for it on the internet, long time ago, and that was when I also noticed the Pocher Bugatti's. The rest is history. See my signature...
