Need some help locating a couple of suspected relays:

Fuel Pump Relay, was told it was under the rear seat, checked and couldn't find it is there a second place to look?

Horn Relay, checked all up and under the steering colume no signs of a realy, except the turn-signal relay, where else should I look

Are these located on the outside firewall relay/fuse cluster? If so I have no idenification list of "what relay is what" on the outside firewall panel.

The fuel & horn relays are both under the dash on the passenger side.
