98 buick regal wont start or crank sometims

I have a 98 regal I was driving one day and came to a stop and the car stalled I was able restart it no problem. this was happening more frequently over the next few days. Checked for DTC's there were none related. More problems started to occour like all off the guages and lights on in the cluster would freak out. the abs and brake lights would stay on and if I shut the car off I couldn get it out of park. Now its either cranking without starting or not cranking at all. Ive checked just about all of the harnesses it seems like. Ive replaced the battery, removed and cleaned the wires at the starter and the ground bolt on the tranni. Ive checked the power distrubution box in the engine compartment for any corrosion it all looks clean. I removed the air box and checked the wires by the accumulater nothing seems to help. Ive tryed wiggling hanessed when the car is running or not starting and I getting nowhere.

It sounds like you have a problem with 12 volts to the ignition and starter circuits. You may have a flaky ignition switch.
