crazy intrument panel

hi i have 2003 dodge neon i just got the transmission replaced and now when i start my car the instrument panel where the speed and rpms is goes crazy what could be causing this to do this and how can i fix this problem oh and when i crank it on it takes a couple of trys to start like my battery is dead but it is fully charged.thanks please help

for cranking prob, you prolly have one of two things..

1) corroded battery terminal.. check the terminals..and follow the wires also.. check where they connect to the chasis/starter/alternator.. make sure they're on tight, no corrosion.. the corossion would look like fuzzy white or blue fur.. its bad stuff, dont breathe it in.. take it off with bakingsoda/water mixture..dont get the baking soda in the battery or its gonna die.

OR its a bad starter. do the battery thing first, if same prob... its most likely your starter.

i also have a o3 s/e w/ 110k on it, my instro panel geeks out also, when it does either all my gauges stop workin or just my speedometer stops workin, then it will just start workin after a day or to
