Outside rear mirror open?

Hi,

how can i open the case of my rear view mirror?
I plug it off but i cant open the case, the engine run but the glass dont move...

I don't know what year your Bird is but for a '97 you push the inner edge of the mirror glass into the mirror housing and then grip the outer edge of the glass and pull out until the glass snaps out of the housing. To install the glass, line up the locking tabs of the mirror glass to the mirror housing and push the mirror glass firmly with the palm of your hand until it locks into place.
