Rear bumper mat?

Anyone know if there's a product out there to cover the top of the rear bumper where the trunk lid closes? I am getting a lot of traffic on the bumper leaving a pile of scratches. I have a 2004 GP, tried googling and came up nil.
I'm looking for a rubber mat of some kind, sorta like what you see on pick-ups rears.

I'm not aware of any custom aftermarket protective pads but you could make your own or use that clear plastic which has adhesive used to protect rocker panels from stone chips.
