Installing After Market Tack In 1990

I have a 1990 buick lesabre limited i am trying to put an after market sun pro tach on. I have everything hooked up accept the green wire but i dont know where to hook it up to get the rpm's to read out. PLEASE HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

If you have the 14 pin ICM, the tach output wire would be WHITE & on terminal "E".
