ac problem on grand marquis

i am having a problem with my ac all it does is blow hot when it is on .... even when i put freon it still blows hot what do i do?????

I had the same thing happen to mine. It would blow 90 degree heat even though the control said 60. It was the blend door actuator. I bought the part at the dealer for $66. Found someone who knew how to take the dash off and had them put it on. Once you take the dash off, it's just 4 screws and a plug to replace the part. Shop will try to charge you anywhere from 500-700 dollars for "labor" even though it only took my guy 2 hours. If you know how to take the dash off then do it yourself.
