Hello all,
I was looking at getting an 02 Xterra with everything in it. Any advice? I'm tired of owning a delicate car, I used to own a 93 Chevy Blazer S-10 with a V8 Engine swap and Rancho everything. Any thoughts on the supercharged xterra?

Tired of your delicate car? Kindly hand over the keys to your CL Type S, and I will hand you the keys to a 1978 GMC Sierrra 1/2 ton longbed pickup, 4bbl smallblock 350 and power windows an locks to boot! Its not delicate at all!

um, Im not sure what your asking but welcome anyway.
The SC is pretty nice but keep in mind it is tacked on to the same old powerplant. I dont like the idea of stressing an engine that was designed without a Super Charger in mind. They seem decent though. You will have to run the higher octane fuel for mediocre performance increase. They do seem to do quite well offroad though. Go test drive one and then take the non-SC one for a run and see if it is worth dropping the extra $$ in your opinion. Cheers!:frog: |
