98 Contour Help.

I have a 98 contour that will not turn over. Prior to it not starting i had a serpentine belt ripped to shreds. I lost power steering and ran off the road. and hit a small dirt berm at about 20 miles per hour. I put a rock through my alternator. I tried to drive down to autozone to replace the serpentine belt. Restarted the car. Topped of coolant, then began to drive. about 4 miles down the road the car lost power and i shut it off. Walked to autozone got a new serpentine belt and replaced the old one. Tried to restart the car. No go. Replaced the battery, Spark plugs. Still no go.
