Code 22/34 PA 1993

Hi everybody.
My 93 park avenue has a little problem.

The service engine soon light is on and the car dies on stop/red light (when warm)

I've checked the troubles codes :

- code 22 : TPS voltage under 0.2v
- code 34 : no MAF signal

The car drive well, no hesitation, just dies when idle.

PS: The "Check service engine soon" light is on when I start the car.
It turn off when I push the gas pedal and light on again when I release it.

Which parts have I to control or replace to fix this problem?
