99 Honda Accord Help

Hey I have a 99 Honda Accord 4DR project car and am having a little difficulty. I've had fog lights wired to the battery and i just replaced my head lamps with new high intensity bulbs. I installed a new JVC head unit in the front, and while I was behind the dash, I spliced in power to my Valentine 1 radar detector, and wired it behind the glove box around to the windshield. 20 minutes later, I realize that my tail lights don't light up when i turn my lights on (they still go on when I brake), my parking lights dont work (but my hazards do), my fog lights won't go on, and neither will my dash lights. Anybody have any ideas of what I could've done? I've checked all the fuses, reviewed the wiring.. I just can't imagine what I could've messed up. Thanks in advance..
