86' Oil pressure Issue
Seems that my oil light keeps cutting on . I am not getting any oil pressure. I leak oil , have to add some hear and there. But it started making a bad knocking noise one day. I added some oil and it went away.
Should you see oil in the valve cover when you take off the cap ? When the car is running . Do you think the oil pump is bad. But when checking the oil the dipstick has no oil on it at all when the car running . Cut the car off and WOW there was too much oil. Could this be from a Oil Sendin unit. Sorry dont know how to spell it . Thanks for the help |

Re: 86' Oil pressure Issue
How much oil are you seeing under the valve cover?
Sounds like the oil isn't returning to the bottom end fast enough. |

What would be the cause of the oil not returning back to the bottom fast enough. |
