Exclamation Help! Odometer Question

I Just recently noticed that the odometer in my 1990 Dodge daytona stopped working. The same thing happened to my last one. The speed will work fine but the odometer stopped turning.

I replaced it and now this one, after about 30k miles has stopped working. Anyone out there have the same issue and know how to fix it??? Or do you know where I can get a good one from?

Thanks.

Question Re: Help! Odometer Question

I realize this post was quite awhile ago, but if someone comes across it and knows the information, please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated. I also have a 1990 Daytona, my odometer doesn't work and hasn't since I got the car in 2002. It drives me nuts not have that work and being able to check my mileage. I have asked different sources, either they tell me it's a cable or they don't know where it's at. I don't think it is a cable. If anyone could let me know where to find it and/or a part number, that would be great. Also, can they be fixed or do they just have to be replaced? Thank you for any help you can give.

I typed you a huge response and it disappeared when i clicked submit... Frustrating! Ok, let me just say, I have the answer on how to fix it.

Feel free to call me, as I don't want to type another long response to have it disappear.
