1994 Gmc Sierra Suspenstion Question

So i want to upgrade my shocks on my truck, but i have a few questions.

Im going to get a 3" Body Lift later this summer, with upgrading the shocks would it be best for me to wait and get bigger shocks or is being a body lift would it not have anything to do with the shocks?

What would be a good set of shocks for the money? and are they pretty easy to install? IE: could a novice or a beginer mechanic install them?

And are the 2 in the front and the one in the back the only that i should replace? Or should i also do somthing about the Leaf Springs?

The Reason i ask that is i seem to need to update the leafs in some way because whenever i have weight in the bed the truck sags alittle bit where i figure it should stay stiff.
