93 dakota 5.2L tranny shifts at high rpms
i have a 93 ,,,dakota ,,,5.2L ,,,automatic ,,,runs good but it will take forever to shift from any gear but doesnt slip,just takes like 0 to 30-45 to shift to second and second to third 55-65 and goes in gear good, do they mostly hav this problem , someone said to change fluid a screen/filter in tranny? any people can help me i appreciate it.

i found out it shifts from 1-2nd gear at 3.5 rpms 30mph and 2nd to 3rd and o/d at 53mph 3.5 rpms and will not shift unless its those rpms whats that mean?
