1996 Buick Park Avenue Question

Ok so i posted this befor but didn't get any replys, I purchased a 1996 Buick Park Avenue for $100 , the overall look of the car is extreamly nice and it's in really good shape. NOt for the bad it needs the entire exhaust welded back on. * Which i found for free from a scrap yard and need to have it put on * apparently the Power Steering is alittle rough and that needs to be fixed and there is a Gas Leak SomeWhere. Now i was looking through KBB and a few other places and if it's all cheap work to be done would it be worth fixing and selling the car? It has around 144grand on it but it started right up and just really needs some TLC along with the service and i think i might have a decent profit. The person who owned the car lost complete power steering while driving it and the Kmember snaped the bolts right out so there is now 2bolts holding the engine and tranny up, they just need to be fully tightened down. So with all this said i was offerd around $300 for the car as is by the guy that's working on it for me but i know if i can get the stuff done i could prob make around $1500 for the car as it sits.

So should i stick it out and work on teh car and get it up for sale befor fall or just give in take the $300 offer and move on?
