1997 oldsmobile AC/ HEATER problem

the AC keep blowing hot air I also had refill the feon also but it the same can anyone tell what need to be replace for the AC? and my heater doesnt work either during winter times.

does the a/c get cold when you put freon in? how long did it stay cold ? as for heater have you checked to see if it has a thermstat in? no thermastat no heat........
