94 Honda Accord ABS light ON.......

ABS-light on.... car was in accident. I turned on car 3-4 times without knowing that the container of ABS was without oil. I was able to hear motor of ABS. I fix ABS container and put oil. NOW i turn on car light comes on then turns OFF but within minutes light on ON and stays on... I can not hear motor of ABS...... Do i have to bleed ABS brakes so light can turn OFF...... or what might be my problem NOW........Thanks
