Can someone tell me what this code mean? I am trying to figure out if this is covered under my warranty.

Your vehicle speed sensor is going bad and needs replaced. This should be covered under warranty since it is part of the drive train of the vehicle. Also it has a lot to do with engine performance so it also may be covered under the emissions warranty.
