complete noob here

I bought a used from japan 2004 mitsubishi lancer 1.5 that has a tv/sat inside. The model is mitsubishi tv-w70d. I can`t seem to find any info and i don`t know japanese. From what i figured out, is that when i press the sat button it says something about a cd missing (just guessing from info i found on the net). As a complete noob, where is the box located in the car for the sat. Is there by any chance that they have removed the box? or is just the cd missing.
Also it has a video and an audio fuse in front. Is that input or output???
I do not have the remote control of it and i don`t know how to access the menu. Can someone please help me???
