Angry alternator or fuel pump or o2 sensor

I know my alternator is on the verge of dying, with all the loud whining...but that shouldnt be a problem of the car wanting to stall out and when it does, it makes this click/pop noise. i also have the same problem with my emissions like the others. Could this be a fuel pump issue? It starts up fine when cold, then when it warms up, it takes a few times to start it and it takes a few seconds when that to start. Also, its starting to do this to when i wanna take off, like it has no ummph lol to it. I sure dont wanna do that foot/pedal thing. Can anyone help??? P.S I just got it tuned up....

That was causing the whining noise? I'd sure like to know why, because I just started a thread on here about a loud ringing noise on here thinking it might be my alternator as well.
