2000 Outback Fuel Line Problem

I live in Breckenridge, CO. Yesterday morning just as I was pulling into work I ran out of gas. I attempted to get to the gas station on my lunch break, but was completely dry. I managed to get some gas in it eventually, but once I did the car was sputtering and had a much decreased acceleration. I put some dry gas in it last night, and let it run for a while. The car continues to start, and the sputtering has lessened, but the acceleration is till FAR below usual. I have since filled the tank and put in some STP fuel injector cleaner. It seems to me that the problem is one of two things: either a partially frozen fuel line, or a clogged/dirty fuel line. What else can I do?

Sounds like your outback sucked up some water , I would change the fuel filter, And put in some fuel additive that removes water
