Windshield Fluid Bottle, AC causes car to stop

I got a couple of problems here.

#1 Windshield Fluid Bottle.
I had busted a hole in my windsheild fluid bottle a few months back. I hardly use it, so I did nothing with it. My oil pan had got damaged at the same time and got that fixed. Since then, my car has been making this weird noise when I'm on the road. I really thought nothing of it. My car has been running fine and all. I'm considering finally getting it fixed this week. Are the noise and my washerfluid bottle being empty related?

#2 AC causing car to shutdown
This morning on my way to work, I cut on my AC while I was on the road. All of a sudden, my car shuts down. I started back up and went to work. As soon as I got in the parking lot, I put the car in park and cut on my AC and sure enough, my car shutdown again. Is this related to my battery and possibly my washerfluid problem?
