2002 Jeep GC Air noise from driver side dash

Hey guys, My jeep has started to make a wierd noise like air leaking or something. The noise is comming from the driver side either behind the gauges or by the driver side vent. I also noticed that it is slightly less noticable if i turn the steering wheel. My first thought is power steering pump but i would love some of your insight thanks.

Have you had the windshield replaced recently? I have see where a bad seal on a replacement job can make that noise...

No, The windshield is the factory installed. It is really starting to bother me it seems the loudest either through the driver side air vent or underneath the steering wheel by the pedals. Anyone else have any ideas? Anything with the powersteering maybe? My fluid is full but is there anything else i need to check?
