Bill Heard Chevrolet - NEVER AGAIN ! ! !
About 6 weeks ago, my son bought a car from Bill Heard Chevrolet. Today, he received a call from the finance manager telling him they could not do the deal and to bring the car back in. He put $1,000 cash down on the car and had it financed by Bill Heard. I told him this seems illegal because he signed a contract and had a binding deal for 6 weeks. ANyways, after reviewing the Greater Houstion BBB, I found links to other sites, including Ripoff.com and found out that Bill Heard has a history of fraud, etc. Point? Leave them suckers alone!
