Can I Use 1200c Engine Spray Paint On Headers?

Sup Guys,

Can I use 1200c High heat engine spray to paint my headers? Will it chip? They look rusted, it's disgusting. Has anyone ever done it?

Thanks

You mean 1200F?? And no it wont stay on, I used it on my manifold and it flaked at the first idle. The only way to keep paint on it is to clean it up and bake the paint into it. Put it in the over to like 500F and then take it out and paint it while its hot. Then put it back in and let it heat back up and do it again. Do this about 2-3 times and it should stay on pretty good. When I was NA my egts were 1400F on the highway and 1500F with the ac on, on the highway
