help 2000 Corrolla Tac Not working & hesitation

I have a 2000 corrola 5spd. with about 220,oookm on it.

I've just put a new o2 sensor in, cleaned the MAF, Cleaned the throttle boddy. I have a studdering problem, almost like one cyl is not firring. Where would you guys start... new plugs? the last ones I put in were not Toyota, the stealer tells me that the corrollas were really sensitive when it comes to plugs.

Also the tach hasn't worked in a couple of years and I would like to figure that out. I imagine it is electronic, so my suspission is that there is a wire off or broken somewhere, can anyone advise me on where the sensor is on the engine?
