Help with Clutch on 95 cheyenne

I have a 1995 Chevy Cheyenne , I put a whole new clutch system in it from front to back. When I put it in first it grinds . I think it might be late manufactured but I don't know. (the clutch pedal is lower to the floor than the brake pedal.) Help me out if you can

Re: Help with Clutch on 95 cheyenne

Did you replace clutch master cylinder and slay cylinder?
Bleed and re bleed the system good.
Pull clutch master cylinder cap and fill up and open the clutch cylinder bleeder and let it gravity bleed for a while.
