99’ Tahoe Tune-Up

I have a 99’ Chevy Tahoe that seems to be lagging in the power department not to mention getting pretty bad fuel economy, not that that’s a surprise, but seems to be getting worse in both departments. I’m planning on doing my own tune-up during my next fluid change. I’m planning on getting new E3 spark plugs, ACDelco plug wires, distributor cap and rotor. Is there anything else anyone can suggest doing or looking at to get my power back?

Fuel filter, air filter, pcv valve, clean maf should be added to the list.
