hi im looking for a geo with a good engine and transmission i dont care what condition the rest of the car is in as i plan to pull the engine and tranny for another project. also doesnt have to be a geo just anything with a small engine around the size of a geo thanks for your time everyone please post or email your responses to me

sorry wish i could help, i just sold my 95 1.6l, perfect engine and tranny for $200 to my next door neighbor. why dont you try the junk yard? these engines and trannys are damn near indestructable.

you can find the engines on ebay also try autotrader.com, good luck

I don't know where you live but Ilike Ebay, saw a 1990 convertable in NC for parts only. I forget how much they wanted for completed car (NOT MUCh). But if you get on Ebay you can search for geo parts and put a milage limit on the search. I wish I had the time I'd go to NC and get that car.
