97 Tahoe....Speakers up front?????

Guys someone please help me out here. 4 door 97 tahoe and i just replaced my rear 2 door 6 1/2 speakers. But went to replace front two and A. the grills didnt pop out like the rear ones. B. there is also a set of tweeters (one on each side) to go along with the 6 1/2 speaker. Man whats going on? are these component speakers? how in the world do i get to them to replace em? thanks alot

You need to take the door panels off. the speakers are 6 1/2. mid and tweeter in the arm rest.
