my bad guys....i was just trying to help the youngen out... and next time i suggest import it will be followed by supra, or skyline....2 respectful imports i think... sorry for the mess

I couldn't agree more. Now that I think about it, a good exhaust system on an LT1 does sound better (personal opinion) than one on an LS1. Both are mean as hell and I can't knock either one.

The only problem with the older LT1's is, well, age. Older motors, harder to find in decent condition. Adn my advice would be to avoid the 93 LT1's, they lack some of the refinements of the later 94 and up LT1's.

hell my lt1 looks pretty new, great shape...i wish drvingstorm was still around he would tell u, he went with me to pick her up, and he couldnt beleave the shape it was in. and sound...maaaan, she sounds sick! i almost made a fool in a cobra shit his pants when he rolled up next to me reving his engine at me...i let out a few rips and he jumped out of his ass!!! i think he thought she was a 3800rs.....so sorry

IMO the GTO's look like the lats version of the Mustang, Pontiac designers fell asleep on that one - IMO. Now, if you're talking about a 65-67 GTO, then well yeah... of course.

I don't think it looks anything like a Mustang. It looks like, not the new, but the last body style of the Grand Prix. And it looks NOTHING like a GTO from the 60's.
