enigine swap exaust compatability D16-B18B1

I am a bit of a noob when it comes to engine work so this may be a dumb question but Ill ask it any way.

I own a 2000civic CX. At the moment it still has its stock d16 motor in there however it also has aftermarket headers/catback exaust and a cold air intake. I found a shop that will do an LS (B18B1) swap for a resonable price. My only concern is will the headers still fit this biger engine? Thanks for any input
