1999 sonata (how do i take the serpentine belt off) i need help asap! please!

i have a 1999 sonata and i cant figure out how the hell to get the serpentine belt off. i see the tentioner pulley but i have no idea how the hell to get it to move so i can take the belt off of the alternator so i can put the new one on.

PLEASE HELP ME! I CAN FIGURE THIS THING OUT!
