G'ZOX '05 Z : it's matt???!!!

Hey guys: I'm warming up for a couple of very fast build to fill my night: in fact I'm so tyred that is very hard work on my current detailed jobs and leave the the armchair in front of the tv, I want something relaxing, like wide decals jobs, polishing... talking about polishing it seems I done the wrong choice LOL: is, to you, the '05 G-Zox Super GT 350 Z matt black??

Following the '04 version (I'm asshole since those version is same cool and didn't need ani body mods grrrrr) IT is gloss black!!

Dunno know yet if modify or not front extractor's wings: decals are designed for the '04 Tamy version with different wings, also rear grill are different but I have tamy PE set... at leas my would be an hybrid, with wrong front extractor (but cleaned hood) and rear grill in '04 configuration... but i guess here in Italy nobody could recognize LOL!
And for rims I noticed that in Round 1, Okayama, they used '04 rims so... I'm lucky!

Hey guys: nobody wanna say me if those fu##ing black seem matt? If someone say me in the WIP "those black would be gloss" or "don't you know Tamiya compound and wax, your finishing is terrible" I'll take a plane and come to kill kim

Re: G'ZOX '05 Z : it's matt???!!!

Well, judging from the first picture no. There is a continuing reflection from the extended rear fender to the window, right behind door handle. If the paint were matt, this reflection should end on the red/orange graphic.

Edit: In all the pics there are well defined reflections, matt surfaces do not present sharp refections.

But hey! It should look cool in matt black also! As you mentioned, this build is to relax so don't stress yourself with exact "McLaren red" issues.

Thanks a lot guys: those picts was jocking me: the reflections on the first pict's back fenders say a lot, and at least also red motul one and blue supre seem matt LOL. Doing it gloss is also the simpliest solution, good support for decals, clearcoat... BTW matt black with gloss decals was tricky but dammn cool ! LOL
