Intalling racing seats? help please

Hi I'm new to the forum.....I searched around but no such luck!
I'm trying to install new seats into my car but the problem I face is fabricating a base for the seats.

I tried removing parts from the original seats but their welded to the seat frame lol





these are GaragePro seats from JCWhitney- good price
