Welcome to the forum!

There is a nice search utility for this forum available from the "Search this Forum" feature on the LS forum main page. Using this search feature with the keywords "keyless program" yielded the following link:
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...eyless+program

Unfortunately, it appears that for your '00, the only way to program the remotes is by the dealer.

Re: keylessremote reprograming lincoln ls 00

Correct. I have the laminated procedures sheet Ford sends to all dealers which covers 00-07.

The 00-02 only uses procedure "L" which is a dealer scantool procedure.

The 03-06 uses both "L" and "A". "A" is the ignition on/off 8 times method.
