maaco won't warrant paint then. just an fYI... So if it peels it is your fault then.. where as if it peels or lifts they are suppose to cover it. I say suppose to because im sure people get dicked around by shitty shops all the time.

It really depends on what you want changed. If you want a general paint job, it doesn't have to be expensive, they'll just charge you for how much the paint is plus normal labour. If you want your engine bay painted and a bunch of shit like that as well, be ready to drop a couple grand.

If you're doing a complete color change the RIGHT way, yes, it'll cost alot. They'll have to do the engine bay, all the door jams, hatch jams, and all that shit. If you want to do a half-assed job, you could just paint it like normally, but then when you open the door, you'll see the original color.
