AWD Laser project...good idea?

I have an '86 laser with a screwed motor.(scored cylinder wall) I was thinking of, someday, swapping in a World engine with AWD from the Caliber....do you guys think it would be worth it? I figured since they had already made the G body ready for awd it might work.

(....has anything like that ever been done before?)

Its always cool an you feel good when u finish a task like that, but I wouldn't say that it is worth it - you can now find them for 3k or under an in good shape with the awd already equipped...

good luck with your choice
